Located in Baltimore's historic Charles Village. The house was nearly destroyed by a fraternity that owned it for 10 years. Ron Tanner & Jill Eicher restored it over a 7 year period (and counting). The house was featured in THIS OLD HOUSE magazine in the Jan/Feb 2008 issue.
