Wonderful Family, B&B or Tea House, which is needed in this town
This grand home was built in 1907 and designed by architect Leila Ross Wilburn, she graduated from the architect school in Atlanta GA. Built as an entertaining home, this home features a parlor, living room, dining room, study, 5/2, butlers pantry, laundry room and two updated bathrooms. The bathrooms include original touches. Beautiful wood throughout with restored heart of pine floors. The home also offers plenty of storage and large closets, unique to many old homes. Listed on the national historic register, this home is situated on 4.63 acres of land, with lily pond, 23 pecan trees,2 access roads, storage shed and barn. A great pasture for horses or goats and fully fenced. The number 222 Hartwell Rd. was changed after September 11th; the county reassigned new numbers, this is why our house is 344 Hartwell Rd.
