1909 Folk Victorian
Wellborn, Florida 32094
Restored Country Estate
Situated on 4 lovely acres of Florida Real Estate, this home has it all. Built in 1909 by Dr. McLeran it served at his home and office for many years. The home then was sold to the Bailey family, who held it for several years before it was sold to the Ryals family, who then restored it completely back to its original state. Taking more than 7 years while they lived in an RV beside the house, it was lovingly and carefully renovated while keeping everything original.
