Fantastic Home built by turn of century banker
This 1918 charmer was built by an early banker for his daughter and son-in-law, it is one of the original landmarks along the main drive through the historic area of Fessenden. The home has always had that loving touch from its owners. The roof was replaced a year ago, there was a new electric heat pump installed at about the same time to give the home the luxury of having dual heat. If you have one of those days when you want to take a little chill out of the air you could get the fireplace going. There are two large sun rooms on both levels. The kitchen has been totally restored in 2009. The claw legged tub in the bathroom puts you right back in the 1918 time frame. There are not words that can describe this home adequately as every room has a piece of the past ready to jump out at you!Archived in October, 2010
