Great care has been taken to make the home comfortable for modern living without losing the architectural details that make it so special. All the wood trim in the home (with the exception of the bath) has been stripped and restored to it's natural state. The kitchen has been updated with new custom inset cabinets (made to match the original built-in), recycled marble counter tops, vintage stove, & stainless appliances. Home has three working fireplaces. New lifetime architectural roof. Large front porch for hanging out with your friends and neighbors. Huge estate sized lot with endless possibilities for gardening and entertaining.Archived in January, 2012
